Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Geek Squad set mine up for me. I am not a computer wiz and did not know how transfer information from my old laptop. I purchased a 1 year Geek Squad service agreement which is less than $200 a year and they will help you with anything you need while under that plan. If you do not purchase a service agreement they will work on it for you if you call and make an appointment and pay for the services at that time. I recommend you call your local Best Buy and make an appointment with the Geek Squad.
