“for the love of God does anyone know how to turn off Adaptive/Auto Brightness whatever its called for this particular HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop my model is 15-EC0013DX and I cant find it anywhere on this Laptop and yes I've checked display settings”

Adaptive brightness is a Windows 10 setting usually associated with different power modes.
