“Do you or other members at your store know how to properly replace this screen or know a site with a step by step process on how to change the screen? It seems as if HP does not sell this particular model or other help aids as they do with other pavilions”

You can talk to hp support at https://support.hp.com or call them at 1-800-INVENT. HP can replace the screen. Here is a link to the Maintenance and Service Manual. Page 17 shows the display components.
