- Answer This computer meets the recommended requirements to play Everquest. But it doesn't meet the minimum requirements to play The Isle. The Isle requires a better graphics card and 16 gigabytes of RAM.

QuestionI see this seems to be a good gaming computer, my guess is that it also should run 3D programs such as Autodesk Inventor too as, right?. UG to 16GB ram would help too, I'm sure.

- Answer For 3D apps like that the video card, CPU and RAM are all important. This has a decent video card and the CPU and RAM are ok (not as nice as a I7 and 16GB+). The more RAM the better for 3D apps, so yes I would upgrade to 16GB ram if possible. This is much better than an average laptop with only built-in video.

QuestionIs the backlit keyboard supposed to stay lit or is it supposed to go off after 30 seconds? Is there a way to make it stay lit? Our's will come back on after pushing any key but our other lap top stays on.

- Answer With this particular model, you should be able to make the keyboard stay lit by holding down the "Fn" key at the bottom left of the keyboard and pressing the "F5" key.

- Answer I’ve not had any overheating issues on my end. All laptops get hot with continued use. I would look into a cooling stand. They are $25 and I believe BestBuy sells some. Also be mindful not to have it in your lap, on cloth couch etc. because your they can act as an insulator. Grace to you.

- Answer Because it has a Ryzen 5 processor, it has the radeon vega mobile gfx card which is used natively when high end graphics are not required. It switches between graphics cards based on the usage.

- Answer Yes the batteries are removable / replaceable. The user guide states that the battery[ies] in this product cannot be easily replaced by users themselves. Removing or replacing the battery could affect your warranty coverage. If a battery is no longer holding a charge, contact support. Geek Squad or another service provider can replace your battery for you.

- Answer Any 2.5" SATA drive should do. 2.5" is the standard laptop size, 3.5" is the standard desktop size.

- Answer Graphics card isn't really powerful enough for VR. There is a NVIDIA GTX 1050 inside this laptop.
