• A:Answer All I can get on youtube is 480p with 720 teasingly offered but it won't play it but that is via a wireless connection. Probably would do fine playing a dvd on its built-in dvd player. This laptop can make use of 16 gigs of ram. The 6 gigs of memory that come with this laptop are barely enough since it is shared with the R7 video processor built into the AMD A12 processor. Still, for the money, it's a good deal.

• A:Answer I do not like built in mouse.. It shouldn't work great for what you want if you were to use and external mouse and keyboard.... I don't like keyboard layout either. The track pad feel as if it is not smooth to the touch and it feels like the track pad doesn't always mirror my movement with my finger to the screen. This laptop does come with a DVD rw writer and it dies come with camera built in which is not listed in description. I have an old steam account to play online games.. I have played Bioshock, Left for dead 2, and Limbo with no stutter.. Bioshock after install set all video settings to high without me adjusting anything or making any changes.This is a quad core cpu A12 9700. Camera is fine with enough lighting.. Also has partition to restore computer by pressing a few keys and following directions.The laptop is quiet and does not seem to be hot when playing steam games or doing anything else on laptop. The intel versions of this laptop are normally dual core for same price.. Dual cores normally seem snappier and faster quad core seem to handle more task at once... In this case maybe or maybe not the dual core of intel may do just as well with online steam games as the quad core and? No telling.. I set my power settings when on battery only to 50 percent display and it still looks good and makes charge last longer. I got this laptop for 299 on sale.. It's worth 299. I say 100 dollars a year for three years then it can break if it has to. I wouldn't buy this laptop again because of the trackpad.. But again I use external keyboard and mouse on desk and the laptop works super great.

• A:Answer "In a year's time", when Game Graphics have been re-coded to run (also) with the newer "Vulkan" coding this machine should be much more graphically responsive - but at present, this question's answer for me would be " In A Laptop, for the game versions currently available " it probably doesn't matter. ( The laptop will share the type of RAM the OS is using -- slower / less expensive than the Video Ram VRAM that is typically used on free-standing / desktop cards ( that RAM is typically also much more "power hungry" than is desirable for a laptop running from its battery ).
