“Microsoft word? Looking for a family laptop that my children can use for school work as well. They do a lot with Microsoft word. Is that something I need to install or does it come with?”

• It does not come with Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. You can purchase them via download on the included Microsoft Store App. For a free alternative, I'd check out Open Office. It can save in MS Office formats and would be good for school.
