• Yes. I have Steam and it works fine. The RAM is also upgradeable should you wish.

• I have an HP laptop with similar build and it works wonderfully for gaming. I can run HQ Graphic games with ease. The only lag I get is when I have Chrome open while gaming. Chrome is a memory hog, so that's no surprise.

• I use it for basic web browsing, have everything stored in the cloud.. and the laptop runs extremely so. Would not recommend it for gaming.
