QuestionDoes anyone think the touchpad is stiff and is difficult to push "keys" down? Not the keyboard keys, but the mouse keys?

- Answer I agree that the left and right mouse keys are stiff, but I've had the opposite before and wore them out.

QuestionIs it recommended that I get any extras when I purchase this laptop? I'm not considering getting insurance as I have owned many types of electronics and have never damaged any. I've never purchased a laptop on my own before so any suggestions?

- Answer Considering the low price and the fact that this is not a high-end laptop I wouldn't bother with the insurance.

- Answer You may need to upgrade the RAM to 8 gb instead of 4. And upgrade to 1 tb of storage not 500. Then it should run quite a few games. Not GTA, COD, or anything like that, but it'll run a lot.

- Answer i put a 3m carbon vinyl wrap on mine. so the answer is yes. the wrap still made the hp logo visible as well.

- Answer Good question. It is not replaceable because the motherboard is made for the chassis of this laptop. You will need to find a processor that is compatible with the motherboard in this laptop. If you replace it, it will also void the warranty on the laptop. I hope this helps.
