That depends on your comfort-ability level. Once the laptop is turned on and you go through the setup stage and questions, and actually reach the desktop. You can go to apps and features and remove the bloatware that comes pre-loaded. Unless they give you a really good deal on setup, it isn't necessary to pay someone to do it.
