Q: QuestionHow good is the battery life? Love HP, looking to upgrade from the laptop I have currently. I will be starting a fully online program this fall and I NEED the battery life to last as long as possible as I'm always on the go.

• A:Answer Well, some games, yes. It's not a high end graphic system. That being said, many of the new games written for OS X look incredible on this computer. I'd check out the requirements of your intended games. The display on this computer is lovely.

• A:Answer Depending on from where you download and the format, I don't see that anyone should have any problems doing this though some music dowload sites and formats-Apple iTunes and such come to mind-you may need their download software or membership to do so. Also if you want to download from YouTube, Vevo, and such you may need that type software also, I use YouTube downloader myself but there are several other similar music/video downloaders out there that work as well. Also if you do torrent type downloads most come in the most used and most popular formats-avi, mpg, mp4, wmv, etc,-and these play directly on your windows provided music/video software as included in your windows operating system package. • A:Answer 4 on this model, 3 on left, 1 on right. Plenty for my needs and remember you can always get 4 to 1 splitter type USB connector for quite a minimal cost if you need more ports. I've got a couple of those myself that I got at Office Depot for undet $7.00. Best to you...

• A:Answer Good question. Yes, the laptop comes with HP Global Warranty. When there are any defects in the product, you can contact HP Support that is available in Israel. RAM is not SSD. The hard drive can be SSD. You can install it yourself, but if you are not comfortable, it is best to have a professional install an SSD hard drive for you. If anything goes wrong during the installation process, it will void the warranty. I hope this helps.
