Our maintenance/service guide and user guide detail that this laptop has two slots for memory; DDR4-2400 dual channel support (Ryzen, Athlon processors). It can support up to 16G of memory. http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06245081 .. At this time a defined datasheet is inaccessible, but in reviewing our parts-website, we can confirm that this model only has one 8G memory stick installed.
