- Answer Thank you for the question. The USB ports on the 15-fc0025dx do not support video or docking stations/power delivery. The best solution would be to connect one monitor to the HDMI port and get a USB Type A to HDMI adapter or hub to connect the second external monitor.

- Answer Thank you for your question on this HP laptop! This will handle most schoolwork done by Microsoft Office or the Google suite. As for big games, this computer would need to be taken out of S Mode before installing any software aside from the ones in the Microsoft Store. Additionally, the games would have to be in low settings and would take more system memory to run the graphics. A good alternative that would give both school work and the occasional big game is the HP Victus gaming laptop: Those have dedicated graphics cards so you can play games in higher settings and run Windows 11 Home!

- Answer Hi George. You can transfer data from the old computer to the new computer using a transfer cable, or by uploading files to the cloud and donwloading them to the new computer. You can also use a USB drive. Microsoft has transfer tutorials on their website. You can also arrange for Geek Squad to transfer the files for you.

- Answer Hello Lin, and thank you for your question! The HP 15.6" Laptop Model 15-fc0025dx comes with Windows 11 in S-Mode. While in S-Mode, you can only download apps from the Microsoft Store. You can switch out of S-Mode to Windows 11 Home or Pro to download apps from the internet, like Cricut Design Space and Canva. We do recommend looking at the system requirements of the other graphic design apps you intend to use.
