• Call Geek Squad at Bestbuy! I'm sure they could remove windows 10 and put in an earlier version. You can't go to far back on windows software or you may loose some of the capabilities of the your computer and since Windows 7 is an older version there may be a problem with it as far as using the capabilities that your computer comes with.
