With no mods and nothing to extream (ex. 100 block TNT cube going off at once) then yes.

Minecraft runs fine on mine, but I would recommend buying a separate mouse before trying to take on a hoard of creepers or even just one. the mouse pad is slightly clunky and unresponsive (not 100% of the time) unfortunately.
