Thank you for the question. The HP 15-dy5113dx comes with Windows 11 in S Mode; you'll need to take the system out of S Mode to use the SAT app - it does not support S Mode. Setting to Windows 11 Home instead is a quick and simple operation, and free. Other Microsoft applications should work as designed.
