“Can this run minecraft java smoothly with mods, and can it run roblox too. Also is it possible to run the Sims 4 on it. If it can't run the Sims can you recommend a laptop under $350 that can run all three games. Thanks”

All the answers are correct. Just wanted to add: NEVER ask the hardware if it can run the software. It's ALWAYS the other way around.
