Yes, but if you don't use the same outlets as in the US, you'd need to get the cable from the charger to the wall to fit your outlets, OR you can get a USB_C-to-HP charging cable and a 45w USB-C charger. OR you can get the little HP-to-USB_C adapter and use any USB-C charging cable.
