• Thank you for asking. Yes, you can use your existing Gmail account with the HP 15-dw3013dx laptop. It's presented with Windows 10 S Mode, and you can use the Zoom app available in the Microsoft store.

• I tried but it failed. Said I need to be out of S mode. I sign into my email via the internet. Can't install my Gmail or yahoo app.
