- Answer Hello. Thanks for your question. The HP 17-cp3005dx (A9FY8UA#ABA) does not have a touchscreen display. There is a 30 day trial of Microsoft Office on this HP laptop, which includes Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. We recommend purchasing Microsoft Office with this laptop.

- Answer 1 year, but I brought a 3 year extended warranty thru HP. Which was cheaper than Best Buy and it's fully refundable after the 3 years if you never use it.

- Answer Hi Lee, thanks for your question. This model does not have a built-in Ethernet port. But you can get a USB Ethernet adapter that connects to the USB port on this laptop. That would allow you to have a wired ethernet connection.

QuestionThere is not enough usb ports on this laptop. Can I have more usb ports by using a usb expanding device plugged into one of the existing usb ports. I need to run my printer, my mouse, my flash drive, and an external dvd drive or hard drive.

QuestionI just ordered the 17HP AI Laptop with ultra 225U cpu. Looks like it is built on the hp17 cn5000 chassis I ordered it with the intent on upgrading memory and SSD. I cannot get a straight answer out of HP. Can i upgrade the memory?

- Answer You are able to upgrade memory and SSD. However, I don't see any reason too as its pretty maxed. Yes you can get more space and memory but the chipset is not for intense or draining use. Depending on what you plan on using this device for you shouldn't need to. The value for upgrading is just not there. I would apply that towards a better unit.
