QuestionCan I use Quicken Deluxe on this computer?

- Answer If you have standard windows 11, the answer is yes. If you have windows 11s then you must go to the windows store and follow a special procedure to change to standard windows 11 which will let you run programs other than ones downloaded from the microsoft windows store. Search the internet for the procedure to change windows 11S to the unlimited windows 11 which will allow you to install and run all your programs. Hope this helps those deceived by the failure of microsoft to warn buyers about the different versions of windows 11 and that you will have to download an update from windows store to install all your software unless it was downloaded from the microsoft store.

- Answer Because this computer is running Windows in "S Mode" it can only download and run apps that are in the Windows Store. However, most if not all of the Cricut apps are available there, so you should have no problems.

- Answer These units are considered non-upgradeable. You can ask HP Support or Geek Squad about possible upgrade options for the unit, but it is highly recommended that you get a certified technician to do any upgrades to this machine. It does use a lithium-ion battery and that can make upgrades a risk. If Geek Squad does the upgrade, it will not void the HP Warranty, but HP will not cover the new parts.
