- Answer This unit comes in Windows 11 in S Mode which you can find on the Best Buy website under Overview and Specifications. You can switch it to Windows 10 by taking it out of S Mode and using the downgrade option under updates.

- Answer Yes. You have to switch Windows 10 or 11 out of Windows S mode (safe mode). Just google "switching out of S mode" and follow the instructions. Once you do this, you can download Chrome and use it for your browser. Hope this helps.

- Answer Thank you for the question. Yes, if the mixer is compatible with Windows 11 S Mode and has USB connectivity. You could convert this laptop out of S Mode and into Windows 11 Home for more flexibility, especially if you need to download software. Note that switching out of S Mode is free and simple, but it is not reversible.
