You have to remove the rubber feet strip but be careful since it can easily break in to. There's 6 screws under the rubber pad that needs to be removed. Why the h does hp put screws under the rubber feet in the 1st place because after it's removed to add more memory or an ssd it never sticks on again. I would NEVER buy a laptop that doesn't have access panels to upgrade memory/ssd since it's a pita to remove the entire back just to perform an upgrade. It's easily damaged if you're not careful.
