No, that's not something you can do with this computer.

You could migrate an OS to it if you clone your source hard drive with the OS and files you want and overwrite the contents of the laptop's HD. You'll have all sorts of issues doing this though, as the source OS likely has hardware-specific drivers, settings, programs, registry entries, etc. that won't be compatible with the latptop's hardware configuration. Your best bet would be to format the laptop's HD, install your OS and programs fresh, and then copy any data you want over from your old computer.
