The HP 17-x116dx I bought two days ago was an "Open Box". The Best Buy floor clerk told me that means it was returned within 15 days, also said they are thoroughly checked out and any user-installed software and files were removed. It has the full factory warranty and also 15-day return privileges. Mine had no box, packing, or instruction manuals and paperwork (which I don't need anyway). Other "Open Box" laptops had original boxes, and some lacked power supplies, but mine had one. But they had to search for it. I was originally going to buy a Lenovo, but as it was missing the power supply, I decided not to and took the HP instead. No way I was going to pay another $50 or more for a power supply. So far, I have experienced no problems with mine, all my software loaded without incident. I like it..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
