• I installed a Crucial 8 GB stick, CT8G4SFD824A. 10 minute job, there is a PDF online that describes removal of the back to access the memory slots - Google the "model # service manual". After install, booted up, checked with DXDIAG to confirm 16 GB installed, and ran Windows Memory Check, no errors.

• This laptop supports up to 16 GB DDR4-2400 dual channel support. There are two memory slots in this laptop.
