There are two possibilities: You may have been sent the wrong computer, or it's the correct model and it's either faulty or has a configuration issue. To determine if you got the right model, take a look at the tag on the bottom, which will have several numbers, one of which ends with #ABA. If that number is 9LL09UA#ABA, then you were sent the correct model, and you'll want to contact the HP support team for troubleshooting. If the number is different, you were sent the wrong model and will need to contact Best Buy for an exchange.
