Q: QuestionI purchased a new HP laptop as well as the 200 wireless mouse. I inserted the batteries and the USB thing with the blue cap into the mouse as directed. REd light on. doesn't work. Am I missing something?

• A:Answer The USB unit goes into your computer, not the mouse. It receives the mouse's signal for movement, clicking, etc.

Q: Questionwhich way do I turn batteries when they are placed inside of mouse. if batteries are place correctly and switch is turned to on position, will mouse light up?
