- Answer The answer to this very much depends on what game you want to play, and what level of detail you want to see. This machine is capable of being used to play most games out there, however, the game may reduce its level of detail to work on this computer. I wouldn't consider this machine to be a hard-core gamer's first choice.

- Answer I was told by the Bestbuy sales person that it is upgradeable to 16gb RAM but if you do it yourself it would void the warranty.

- Answer It does have Windows 10, it is touch screen! Not sure about the rest Ours came with a keyboard mouse, and power cord. We got it on black friday for cheaper, but I believe normally like $800, which isn't bad!

- Answer When I purchased the computer brand new for my father, there was no software disks that came in the box. Everything is preloaded onto the computer. You will have to burn a disk or create a bootable USB drive based off of the preloaded software.
