Thank you for the question. Freezing is often caused by app-related or network issues (speed) but it can also be a result of high demands on RAM with multiple apps open. If you're connected to WiFi, make sure you have a strong signal. Close any programs/apps you are not using. Make sure you've got the latest camera driver loaded. Turn off Hardware Acceleration.
