A:AnswerBefore sending back to HP, take it back to Best Buy ask them to do the sam test, if it works, explain the last time you did this it didn't work when you got it back home, they will let you know the problem. If not please repost.
A:AnswerThe nice part of all in one computers is that they are versatile and space saving compared to the traditional monitor and tower setup. A 23 inch deep desk is ample for an all-in-one. You can use the keyboard in front of the all-in-one or you can set up the display angled or straight on at the side.
A:AnswerNope - empty box in that regard. I assume it can all be found either on the computer or HP website. I don't use this computer much and for nothing exotic. So, when I turned it on and it got me to the internet, I was good to go.
A:AnswerHas anyone been able to fix this p.i.a. sleep mode?? Just purchased this yesterday, & had to reboot 4x now!! This is a waste of time, & gonna do more harm than good! Need help ASAP, or just gonna return it!! I don't understand how few have this problem, & others don't. Defected batch maybe???
