It only has 2 memory slots, they are filled with one 4 Gig DDR3 stick, and a 2 Gig DDR3 stick, for a total of 6 Gigabytes. The Mother board will support up to 16 Gigs, which means you can REPLACE the 2 memory sticks with two 8 Gigabyte DDR3 memory sticks, for a total of 16 Gigabytes.

Looking at the specs Yes you can have up to 16GB of ram and there is an expansion slot for an additional Hard drive.
