Xbox one x will only recognize monitors that are 120hz. this monitor has to be connected to a computer and set to 1080p 120hz. Once this is done, you can reconnect it to the xbox and it should allow you select 120hz. You can not select 120hz and variable refresh rates as far as I am aware. You can either pick 120hz or variable refresh rate

Please try again later.https://youtu.be/UZoQY5hnssU I just think it would be great if hp would have an update for this monitor so I can max out the settings on the monitor with out a pc like just change the settings with the physical burdens on the monitor and the option to select 120hz on my Xbox would pop up and it would fix everyone’s problem all I see it how ppl can’t change the setting on console
