- Answer Theoretically, yes, you could make that work, but you'd be spending an awful lot of money for the computer that's in the all in one that you're not using. - Answer Rennee, thank you for your question on this HP touchscreen desktop! It is not PC pen compatible. However, you can use a stylus pen that has a rubber tip on it that simulates a human finger. Best Buy carries the HP Envy and Spectre laptops, which are PC pen compatible.
