Q: QuestionNeither the keyboard or mouse that came with this computer are connecting via BlueTooth. The printer did. Was there supposed to be a USB chip or should it have connected directly? When I go to Settings and add a device for bluetooth, neither shows up.

• A:Answer Thank you for the question. The keyboard and mouse are wireless using the receiver and are not connected by Bluetooth. You'll connect the receiver that came with the All-in-One into a USB port on the computer. Insert the batteries into the keyboard and mouse. Slide the switch to the "On" position. You may see a small LED light up briefly to indicate that the device is powered on. After plugging in the USB receiver, your computer should automatically detect the new devices and install any necessary drivers.

• A:Answer Hello and thank you for asking. The HP 27-cr1064 All-in-One computer can support a second monitor by connecting it to the HDMI Out port on the rear of the computer. You may need to purchase a separate HDMI cable with an appropriate connector for the second monitor, depending on what cables are or are not supplied with the monitor.

Q: QuestionI want to hardwire this computer to an ethernet cord, but I could not locate an ethernet port on the computer. Would I be able to do so with a USB C ethernet adapter? If so, is there one that is recommended? Any specific attributes for the USB C?

• A:Answer Thanks for your question. This HP All-in-One desktop does have an RJ-45 Ethernet port. It's to the right of the HDMI port on the back. If you go to the product images section of the listing you can see a picture of the port in one of the photos to help you find the location.
