• As far as the freesync technolgy i should add. pending on it when it was made, check your features on it. the Freesync mode will not work due to it not being compatible. Nvidia just recently annonced freesync compatiablity. Not sure if it will work with your card or not

• Yes. I do not have a RTX2070. But its a high end graphics card. I have a midrange one and it does insane wonders! With your capabilities for graphics. I'd choose a higher FPS than 75 like this monitor has. but if on a budget. this will do you just fine. I LOVE MINE!
