• I currently have Inspiron 7591 2n1 and have 2 of these connected. 1 via HDMI and 1 via USB-C-->HDMI. Now have 3 screens, laptop and 2 of these 27"ers.

• Hey Robert, we connected it to a Dell I5 series laptop with no problem. It should have not issue connecting to any specific tower as long as your have the correct connection on your desktop (which I believe is standard now). It does have a nice clean look, for the price that was paid.
