Connected via HDMI did you make sure and turn on FreeSync from the monitors menu?

Please try again later.you must have a graphics card that is freesync compatible. for instance when i first had this monitor i had a Evga GTX950 graphics card, and it would not run the freesync mode Once i got a Radeon RX570 version grapics card, it had freesync. Go to device managment on your PC, find out what graphics card you have. If its anything but AMD/raedeon its MOST LIKELY NOT COMPATIBLE. Hope this helps :)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.HDMI and DP ar pretty much the same thing. Without going into the specs, they both carry HD video and audio signal. As for Free Sync, it an available viewing preset. You’ll push one of the buttons below. Then click on the fourth button on the right. You should be able to choose AMD Free Sync setting.
