You just have to connect them to your computer and in display settings you can do the dual functionality.

If you have a desktop with a VGA and HDMI (most new desktops have this) you just need to get a VGA cable for one of the monitors. They each come with HDMI cables. If you are connecting to a laptop with only one HDMI port, you can use an HDMI splitter and use the cables that came with the monitors. Windows will recognize the monitors, and you can select primary and secondary displays, and whether you want to mirror or extend the Windows 10 desktop.
