• We have it connected to a Surface Pro through a USB-C hub. We haven't tried a direct connection, but I would guess it would work.

• This monitor has HDMI and VGA connections, You would need an HDMI port on your Surface laptop. If you do not have HDMI you will need to use an adapter.
