No. this does not work with MACs...some monitors from Dell, ViewSonic and others do (you need to confirm each one) and of course monitors from Apple work :) but not this HP

Yeah I'm sure I personally have a docking station for the 2 HP Elitebook 840's I have for work. I do work at HP and need the docking station to hook up dual monitors which I wouldn't think about going without. You have a mac I assume you can get a port replicator to run dual monitors for it and because mac's are meant for heavy video editing or music production you would need at least two displays and big ones at that.
