QuestionThis seems like a new item on the best buy website but it never has been available and is showing as sold out. There are not many "new" options for all in one computers. Is this one ever going to be available?

- Answer It will be at some point. At present (July 2020) shipping issues with all kinds of computer hardware coupled with high demand has made inventory quite thin, but HP is working to resolve the issue.

QuestionI assume this model has built-in web camera but I can't see it on the photo. Does it have security feature that closes the camera when not in use or camera can go down inside the unit as on some other models?

- Answer Yes, it has a built in webcam. The reason you can't see it is because it's in the "stowed" position in the back. If you push gently on the top of the camera, it will pop into position to be used.

- Answer Hi Frank! Yes you can upgrade the RAM to 32GB. There is also space to add an internal hard disk.

QuestionI would like to know if a HDMI video In adapter exist so I can use the monitor as a tv? I have a DVR (security system) that I would like to connect to it.

- Answer Because this is an all in one computer and not a standalone monitor, there is no video input and so no way to get a signal from an outside source into it.

QuestionI just purchased this computer and notice when it’s on you can hear a humming noise that constantly is going, like the fan is running or something. Does anyone else have this problem? Is it something I should be concerned with? Thank you in advance!

- Answer The computer does have a fan to help keep the processor cool, so that is probably the noise that you're hearing. However, you can contact the HP support team so they can verify that it's not some issue that needs troubleshooting.

QuestionI recently purchased this computer, but the base of the monitor is different that the one displayed. Can the base be replaced with a different one? Only because the space where it goes is very limited and the current stand takes much more space.

- Answer Same issue here with base. The one I got looks like from the cheaper model, not the one depicted on the photo. Did you carefully check the configuration if it matches what was advertised?

- Answer The HDMI port on this computer is only a video out port, it will only work to connect a second monitor. A Roku or Apple TV will not work.
