• In short NO. I also have a Roku and would love to have a way to hear audio from this beautiful monitor, even if it was just a simple headphone jack.

• You can probably connect XBOX for sure because I have my playstation connected to it

• Your best chance would be with an XBOX console; if you're wanting to use a Roku or Amazon Fire, you will need a desktop or a laptop connected to the monitor.
