Hello, and thank you for your questions! While this screen is not specifically designed to be a gaming monitor, it does have FreeSync and the 75Hz refresh rate is higher than average. Those features and the Full HD 1080p resolution make it suitable for moderate gaming, however, if you are sensitive to input lag you may want to step up to one of our HP OMEN gaming monitors, as this has a 7ms response time. This is more than low enough for standard home and office usage, but in some games, you may feel it if that is something you are sensitive to. When it comes to headphones, those should be plugged directly into your computer, not the monitor. This model does not have any USB or headphone jacks for that. It also does not have built-in speakers, so there is no sound from the monitor itself.
