“I want ink cartridges to keep in a drawer for back up even though I put new ones in a month or so ago. Will the ink jets dry out quickly or last in the drawer for several months.”

Hello Jeri! I appreciate your question! They will last in the drawer just fine! You will find a date on the ink's packaging, this is the recommended "Install By" date and is typically 18 months after manufacturing and six months before the ink's warranty expires. I hope this helps!
