• That's weird was it a multi pack or an XL version? Seems excessive to me, I'd go to the store and ask customer service or try calling in

• This same thing happened to me as well. I bought 6 HP inks. For some reason, they were shipped separately and didn't arrive on the same day. I'd wait a couple of days for your others to arrive. I have no idea why BB would ship them individually, but I'd bet that they will come soon. If not, definitely contact BB. Hope this helps!
