Does not require internet connection. Bluetooth connection required. I believe mine even came with a software disc for installing if it doesn't work.

Yes. This has nothing to do with the internet. It's just a keyboard that works on your pc or tablet. Blue Tooth connection...no internet or wifi is needed.

Blutooth does not need internet connection to work with, so yes it will work with whatever devices which are bluetooth capability. ^^.

Absolutely. This item does not ever require Internet. What it does require is a Bluetooth connection. This item will only be able to interface to a device that supports Bluetooth, for example an iPad or iPhone.
