“I just hooked keyboard up...nothing. Checked batteries ( one was backwards), still didn't help.....swapped mouse, nada ?? I get a bad unit or something I'm not doing ? I re-booted pc, monitor, still no lights,sounds. I even tried blue reset button.”

• I'm sorry to hear that. I would return the keyboard and swap for a new one. If the batteries were backwards they were most likely dead.
