• you ought to ask the manufacturer. i tried to connect it to a logitech usb with no luck. sorry bud.

• Typically, losing a part is not something covered under a warranty (this may be different if you purchased the extended warranty through Best Buy). However, a Bluetooth adapter can be purchased and used with the keyboard and mouse.
