• Unfortunately, the wireless receiver that comes with this combo is a unified receiver, which would indicate that the keyboard and mouse are also unified and use the 2.4GHz frequency to communicate with the computer (through the receiver). Bluetooth technology cannot cross-communicate with unified components. It can be easy to tell which component you have, as a unified component or receiver usually has a black star or orange star on the bottom of the component or on the receiver, whereas a Bluetooth component will usually have a BLUE symbol, in the shape of an oval, and a vertical line with an intersecting “zig-zag” line inside the oval.
