• You must insert the usb attachment to your cpu. If the CPU is not reading it, reboot nd see if that helps. If not, go to the windows start key (four squares at the bottom left o your screen) select the 'gearr' (settings) and you should see display. This shows all the devices connected to your CPU. You may need to turn on the USB mouse. Otherwise, connect it to another port. Often there is not enough power going to the USB connections for them to work properly. If that is the case, take your unit off energy saver and set for balanced.
